Vendor Onboarding
The Bandra Store is an online multi-vendor e-commerce venture aiming to assist Indian artists to display their paintings and sculptures for online visibility.
Through this venture we aim to empower artists in India to make their creative work visible online, bring recognition to their creative pursuits but also aid them in creating sustainable livelihoods from their passion.
Any individual artist or creator offering original artworks or creative pieces can register as a vendor on The Bandra Store.
To register as a vendor, visit The Bandra Store and create your account through the Vendor Registration page. After signing up, you can log in to your vendor dashboard and begin uploading your artworks.

Yes, the login details can be changed at any time from your vendor dashboard.
Vendors can choose between:
DIY Listing – You manage your own listings.
Managed Listing Service – We handle listing for you.
Yes! Each artist who creates an account on TBS receives a unique Vendor URL that can be shared as their personal online store.
Artists are required to set their own final selling price. Please ensure this price is all-inclusive and already includes taxes, delivery charges, packaging, and shipping cost within India.
The Bandra Store offers four vendor subscription options:
Primary (Free), allowing up to 5 artworks with a 10% commission;
Premium, priced at ₹12,000 per year for 100 artworks or ₹24,000 for unlimited listings with a 10% commission;
Featured, at ₹1,00,000 per year or 5% of the artwork value with full marketing support and a 10% commission;
Art Gallery plan with the same pricing and commission structure, designed for galleries and multi-artist accounts.

With the Primary (free) membership, your artwork remains available on The Bandra Store for as long as you keep it listed. There is no expiry — your listings stay live until you choose to remove them.
We focus on hand-painted artworks, wood/metal/3D creations, and other uniquely crafted items that showcase creativity and originality.
Registering as a vendor is absolutely free. However, we also offer a paid registration option with added benefits and premium features for sellers who want to maximize their visibility and sales.
We charge a 10% success fee on the final sale value of each item sold.
Uploading your artwork on The Bandra Store gives you visibility, a dedicated artist page, and marketing support—but sales depend on factors like artwork quality, pricing, demand, and more. While we cannot guarantee sales, we significantly increase your chances by promoting artists, featuring listings, and driving traffic to the platform.
A GST number is not required. Artists can sell on The Bandra Store without providing information on GST registration.
Yes, you can remove your artwork from The Bandra Store at any time. Simply log in to your vendor dashboard, edit the listing, and delete or deactivate the artwork whenever you wish.
Marketing
Artists should upload high-quality images, write clear descriptions, and regularly add new pieces. Actively promoting your TBS store link on social media, engaging with your audience, and staying consistent with updates also helps improve visibility and boosts your chances of getting sales.
Yes. We offer customized paper visiting cards, standees, jute bags, and playing cards with your store details to help promote your presence (available for a nominal fee).
Rank Math SEO is a built-in tool that helps you optimize your product listing for search engines. It guides you to add the right keywords, titles, descriptions, and other SEO elements so your artwork can appear higher in Google search results and get better visibility on The Bandra Store.
We offer basic visibility to all artists through platform listings and periodic promotions.
Premium and Featured artists receive additional support, including social media features, highlighted listings, SEO and optional promotional materials like visiting cards, standees, and jute bags (available for a nominal fee).
While we promote artists regularly, the extent of marketing depends on your membership plan.
For Art Lovers / Buyers
Yes. We accept payments in both Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD).
Your payment is held in a secure escrow account until the item is delivered and you confirm satisfaction.
Absolutely. You can browse by category, keyword, price, artist, material, and more.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is handled by the vendors.
We hold payments in escrow. If you’re not satisfied, you may raise a dispute within a defined time window for resolution.
We usually dispatch orders within 1 week of receiving them. Once shipped, delivery can take 2 to 5 weeks depending on the buyer’s location, with faster delivery expected for metro cities.
Shipping is calculated based on the artist’s location and the buyer’s address, and the fee is added to the order at a later stage.

We ship globally, delivering artwork to buyers anywhere in the world.
